2010 Bonnie Lad and Lassie Pageant™  The 2010 Bonnie Lad and Lassie Pageant will be an experience your child will never forget. Your child will stand onstage with HRH Prince Edward, Queen Elizabeth's youngest son, and perform for him! Prince Edward is the father of two small children, and we are told he is particularly interested in our Games' focus on teaching children about the Scottish heritage of the Upstate. We are the only children's Scottish Heritage Pageant as far as we can determine, and we offer a real live Prince to boot!
We are looking for a boy and girl who can represent the spirit of the Greenville Scottish Games as our Bonnie Lad and Lassie for this historic event. This year's event will prove to be even more fun and exciting for the contestants. Your child will be able to attend Saturday's Games and enjoy Wee Scotland.  Our Scottish Games provide a tremendous amount of fun and activities for your entire family. Once your child has completed the preliminaries, you and your family and friends will be able to enjoy an outstanding day, with Border Collie competitions, piping, Highland Dancing, a British Car Show, and all the other elements described in our website.
The Pageant is being presented in partnership with the Miss South Carolina Pageant. The reigning Miss South Carolina will be in attendance, along with Miss SC Teen. We will have many of the contestants who are competing for the 2010 Miss South Carolina and the Miss Teen South Carolina titles in Wee Scotland to sign autographs. All these beautiful girls will be serving in various capacities in our Pageant and at our Games.
Your child will be in competition for a fresh, innovative title that carries with it the prestige of our partnership with the Miss SC Pageant. While our winners and participants will receive the many benefits of being involved in a high-quality competition, prizes, and an important addition to their resumes, they will have a great time just being kids at our Games.
